The present invention relates to a device for producing shower trays or shower trays comprising a plate with a support surface for a shower tray or a shower tray, and with a plurality of holes for receiving height-adjustable threaded feet.
For the professional production of a shower tray, a so-called shower tray is usually installed, which subsequently forms the shower tray after, for example, by tiling the desired surface is produced. Such a device is the subject of the present invention. In order to ensure a precise and correct installation of the shower tray, it is necessary to perform an exact leveling and adjustment of the device to the surrounding soil. In order to carry out this adaptation easily and safely plates are known, which have a plurality of leveling feet. When installing these plates are brought to their intended place and adjusted height by adjusting the leveling feet exactly. If the leveling feet are designed, for example, as threaded feet, this is done by turning a screw thread. With such plates, it is easily possible to perform the leveling and height adjustment exactly and with little effort.
A disadvantage of these known solutions, however, is that on the subfloor underneath the shower tray often run lines or carriers that hinder the establishment of Justierfüßen. In practice, one can remove individual Justierfüße when this problem occurs, which, however, the stability and strength of the plate is reduced. In particular, when multiple Justierfüße are concerned, such a plate can not be used as intended and it must be used in practice provisional solutions such as support by bricks or the like, which, however, the proper adjustment is no longer possible. Such a solution is shown, for example, in AT 10 930 U or in AT 508 227 A.
Object of the present invention is to provide a solution in which a simple and secure adjustment is possible even if the subfloor installations such as lines are present that prohibit the establishment of Justierfüßen in some places. A further object of the invention is to enable a leveling even if there are strong level differences below the device.
According to the invention, these objects are achieved in that the number of holes of the plate is greater than the number of threaded feet to be used and that at least a portion of the holes are formed as blind holes, which open in a direction opposite to the support surface and each to Auflagefiäche are completed by a removable bottom.
An essential feature of the present invention is that the number of possible attachment points for the thread roots is greater than the actually required number of such thread feet. For example, if a plate of a certain size requires 25 thread feet to achieve optimum bearing force, the number of holes that can receive thread roots may be, for example, 200 or more. If it subsequently turns out during assembly that of the 25 threaded legs in the standard arrangement, for example, five can not be used, since at the installation point runs a line, then these five thread feet can be removed and inserted into an adjacent hole, so that the obstacle is bypassed without compromising stability and carrying capacity.
Another essential aspect of the invention is that the additional holes are not simply formed as through-holes, since the plate would then leak and would have to be sealed by another element such as an additional plate to the top to prevent the ingress of water safely , In the solution according to the invention, however, the unused holes are closed at the top and thus do not cause any leaks. As supplied, the recommended holes to be used when there are no obstructions may be formed as through holes, since they are then sealed by the thread roots during assembly. Only when one or more of these recommended holes is not used is it necessary to complete the hole through a cap or other sealing element. This is not an inadmissible expense, since it is naturally only ever very few holes. In the same way, however, it is also possible in the delivery state to design all holes as blind holes, so that during assembly only the holes actually used are pierced to allow the adjustment of the thread feet from above.
It is particularly favorable if the bottom of the blind holes has a predetermined breaking point. During installation, for example, the installer can then remove the floor with the screwdriver with which the adjustment foot is subsequently adjusted in order to carry out the adjustment.
A particularly favorable embodiment of the present invention provides that the thread roots have further predetermined breaking points, which allow a stepwise height adjustment. The overhangs caused by the roots of the threads are more than "V #" x "+ ·. * * · · T I ·· »* *« *, t »> * * * * - 3 - bridging height difference can be very different and vary between a few centimeters to several decimetres. This can not be compensated by the screw thread. In order to avoid the need for alternative components of different lengths, the threaded feet can be shortened during installation easy and without requiring special tools by being broken off at the predetermined breaking points.
In the following, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the embodiments illustrated embodiments.
1 shows a schematic plan view of an apparatus according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a section along line II - II in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 a shows a detail of FIG. 2 and FIGS. 3 and 4 show axonometric representations explain the application of the device.
The device of Fig. 1 consists of a plate 1, which has a central outlet 2. At greater intervals a plurality of through holes 3 are provided, the number - in the present case 16 - sufficient to ensure a secure support of the plate 1, when each of these holes 3 is provided with a threaded foot 7. Between the through holes 3, a larger number of blind holes 4 is provided, which are closed to the support surface 16 which is in the use position above, through a removable bottom. To the lower surface 5, the blind holes 4 are open.
From Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a it can be seen how a threaded foot 7 is inserted into a hole 3. A bracket 9 is supported on the lower surface 5 of the plate 1 and a cylindrical portion 10 secures the threaded foot 7 in the bore 3. A foot portion 11 with a convex bearing surface 12 is rotatably disposed in the bracket 9 via a thread 20. Via a bore 13, the foot 11 can be rotated by the support surface 4 forth, by a screwdriver, so that the height of the foot 7 can be adjusted. In this way, the plate 1 can be leveled.
If it is not possible through lines, installations or the like to use the thread root 7 in the designated hole 3, this is pulled out of the bore 3 and inserted into a matching adjacent blind hole 4, as shown in Fig. 2a. The bottom 8 can be removed, for example, with a screwdriver or a knife, wherein, if appropriate, predetermined breaking points 19 are provided so that an opening 18 results. Following this, the thread root 7 can be adjusted in the same way from above. In order to ensure a seal is in the * * * * t *. * * * * Tb. * * * .. * * ». t * * »- 4 -
Conclude the unused through hole 3 closed by a cap, not shown.
It is also possible to change the length of the thread feet in stages by the foot 11 is broken off at further predetermined breaking points 17 during assembly.
Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show schematically the use of the device according to the invention.
At the installation point run sewage pipes 14 and water pipes 15, which hinder the installation of threaded feet 7. By repositioning described above, however, matching locations can always be found to place the thread roots next to these tubes 14, 15 and at the same time to use a sufficient number of roots in a given maximum distance to ensure the mechanical stability of the plate 1.
4 shows the adjustment of the thread roots 4 by a corresponding tool 16.
The present invention makes it possible to reliably level a plate made of rigid foam over thread feet and even in the presence of obstacles.
